You can view the general event agenda and access to speakers, room, rating or related surveys. You can create your own agenda and may add to your device’s calendar.

Each sponsor create a profile for themselves in sponsor page. In this profile you may see sponsor’s logo, details and social media links.

In addition sponsors can optionally be shown on a carosel banner in the app’s main screen.

Exhibitors create a profil for themselves in the exhibitors page. In this profile you may see exhitior’s logo, details and social media links.

In addition exhibitors can optionally be shown on floorplan.

You can create speakers list and profile pages. Participants can view speakers pictures,bios and social media links on this profile.

In addition, only the event organizer can see through the management panel, users can score the speakers.

In this section you can create a partitipant list and create an individual profile for each participants.

Users can login to their account and they can share social media links and interact with other partiticpants by editing their profiles.

You can send push notifications to all participants.

Notifications can be used to send instant messages to all attendees.

You can activate the "ask to speaker" feature and be able to ask questions to speakers. These questions can be moderated.

You can publish your collected abstract on your scientific congress. If you wish, you can restrict access to specific groups.

Attendees can find other users with which they may share a professional interest by selecting which competences they offer and those which they are looking for.

Attendees are able to rate speakers or sessions as long as this option has been enabled from the content manager.

You can create surveys for event attendees and view the results at admin panel. It is possible to define several types of questions, such as multiple values, value between range and open text.

Create live polls to increase audience participation. Unlike surveys, this feature enables the speaker to launch a vote from the admin panel, so attendees can view it and answer instantly on their device.

You can view the results at the application, main screen of hall or both.

While on another participants profile users have an option to send direct message to other users. Users will be received push notification that message will show.

You can create a links for every social network of event. When the user clicks on them, they will be opened on the browser or on their preferred application.

Comment Wall allows participants to network, send messages, upload pictures and videos. It is possible to create different communication channels to create customized experience by participants. If you don’t create a different channel participants will access the main comment area. This allows to create a different experience for each user and transforms the event App into a social App.

In this section you can upload your documents or share with the participants for download.

With this feature you can create maps for geographic locations and link your own images to guide participants through the venue.

You can download or create videos. All videos in the video list can be shown on the application.

Although our comment wall includes its own image gallery with the pictures sent by users, it is possible to create several image galleries with pictures from the event. Users will access the gallery and share or download the pictures on their devices.

This feature allows you to create pages with event information and link to external sites, such as a registration form.
